What happens if I need to cancel my appointment?

If you need to cancel your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.

Deposits are non-refundable, and cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the deposit being lost. If you are unable to attend, you may be able to reschedule once where more than 48 hours’ notice is provided.
