Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes. We allow one reschedule when more than 48 hours’ notice is given. If less than 48 hours’ notice is provided, or if you need to reschedule again, a new deposit may be required.
Please also arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled subject to availability, and your deposit will be lost. Deposits are non-refundable.
Can I add an extra treatment on the day?
Yes, in many cases you can add an additional treatment during your appointment, provided there is enough time and the treatment is suitable for you.
Any additional treatment will be subject to availability, consultation and practitioner approval on the day.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes. A deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be deducted from the total treatment cost. Deposits are non-refundable, so please make sure you are able to attend before booking.
Is there parking at the Clinic?
Yes. Street parking is available near the clinic. Before 6:30pm, up to 2 hours of parking is available, and from 6:30pm onwards parking is free.
We recommend allowing a little extra time to find a space before your appointment.
How do I book an appointment?
To book an appointment, simply click the Book Now button on our website. You’ll then be taken to our secure booking page, where you can choose your treatment, preferred date and available appointment time. If you’re unsure which treatment is right for you, you can book a consultation first.
Dermaplaning & Microneedling
Two professional skin treatments designed to improve the overall appearance and texture of the skin. Dermaplaning gently removes dead skin cells and fine facial hair for a smoother, brighter finish, while microneedling creates controlled microchannels to support collagen production and improve concerns such as texture, pores and acne scarring.
Can I wear makeup after my facial?
For facial filler treatments and facials, we recommend avoiding makeup for a minimum of 24 hours after your appointment. This helps reduce the risk of irritation and allows the treated area or skin to settle properly.
Your practitioner will give you any additional aftercare advice on the day, depending on the treatment you have.
